09 Aug Visiting Ultrasound Advanced Practitioner Vet
At Old Stone Vets we are lucky to have a visiting advanced practitioner in Diagnostic imaging Karen Errington MRCVS GP Cert SAP visiting us every 2 weeks.
Karen is in practice in Co. Durham and has studied and gained extra qualifications in diagnostic ultrasound scanning and X-ray imaging. Karen visits our practice every second Tuesday and we can refer cases requiring her qualified expertise to Karen within our own practice building in Alston.
Ultrasound scanning is a non invasive diagnostic technique which does not involve surgery, but can give us a detailed picture of the organs inside the body so we can diagnose conditions earlier and hopefully plan treatment regimes to aid your pet’s ultimate recovery or treatment.
We book patients into our Alston surgery for the day’s that Karen is attending, and all charges are made directly through our Alston surgery.
